Koman injury forces Al Nassr to search for replacement against Neom

Al Nassr have suffered a setback ahead of their clash against Neom, scheduled for next Tuesday in the Saudi Pro League, with the confirmation that their French winger Kingsley Coman will miss out due to a muscle injury.

Koman has suffered a minor tear in his hamstring during the match between Al Nassr and Neftchi, in the AFC Champions League, forcing the coaching staff to substitute him early.

The French winger left the pitch in the 13th minute of the match, which ended with Al Nassr winning 3-1, and immediately began a treatment and rehabilitation program to recover from the injury.

Koman is expected to be sidelined for about a week, which means he will miss Al Nassr's upcoming match against Neom. This presents a challenge for the coaching staff to compensate for his absence in the attacking line.

The medical staff are working to prepare the player in the coming period, hoping to have him back after completing the rehabilitation program and ensuring he can return to training and participate without risks.

In contrast, Al Nassr have been given extra time to prepare for their match against Neom, following the postponement of their encounter against Al Ahly FC, which was scheduled for last Thursday as part of the ninth round of the Saudi Pro League. This gives the coaching staff an opportunity to organize their plans despite the absences.
