Al-Najdi and Al-Ghamdi continue rehabilitation programs

Salem Al-Najdi continues his rehabilitation program in preparation for a return to team training after undergoing surgery last month due to a fracture. He is currently performing individual training on the pitch while wearing a black medical mask to protect his nose.

In contrast, the club's medical staff has decided to extend the rehabilitation period for midfielder Rakan Al-Ghamdi due to recurring knee pain, which has prevented him from returning to training on the previously scheduled date.

Al-Ghamdi had suffered a sprain in the anterior cruciate ligament last month, along with a bruise in the cartilage. The medical staff set a preliminary date for his return on Thursday before the latest developments emerged.

Al-Ghamdi's return of pain has delayed his training resumption until the end of October, while Salem Al-Najdi continues his rehabilitation, awaiting his full readiness to join the collective training before Al-Nasr's upcoming commitments.

Al Nassr kicked off their preparations on Wednesday evening in Riyadh for the anticipated match against Neom, set to take place next Tuesday as part of the tenth round of the Saudi Pro League.
