Inzaghi excludes Al-Hilal player from match against Al-Sadd

Simone Inzaghi, the head coach of Al-Hilal, has confirmed Abdullah Al-Anazi's absence from the match against Al-Sadd, having decided to exclude him from the team list for tactical reasons ahead of the anticipated AFC Champions League clash.

Al-Hilal are set to face Al-Sadd in the second round of the group stage of the AFC Champions League, in a match scheduled to take place at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.

The absence of Al-Hilal does not stop at Al-Anazi, as the team will also miss the services of Salem Al-Dawsari, Chrisensio Samerfil, and Hamad Al-Yami, due to various circumstances preventing the trio from appearing against the Qatari team.

Al-Hilal enter the AFC Champions League clash following their recent victory over Al-Ittihad in the Saudi Pro League, winning three goals to two in the match held at Kingdom Arena.

Al-Hilal aim to continue their positive results despite the absences affecting their squad and achieve a result that will give them a strong boost in their journey in the group stage of the continental competition.
