Qadsia players: We could have sealed the match against Pakhtakor

Al Qadsiah players emphasized that the 1-1 draw against Pakhtakor was not the desired outcome, as the team approached the second round of the AFC Champions League Elite with the ambition of returning with three points.

Matteo Retegui, the Italian forward of Al Qadisiyah, confirmed that his team entered the match aiming for victory, explaining that it was difficult and enjoyable, and that the players had many opportunities, but they did not exploit them as required.

Christopher Bonsu Baah has stated that Al Qadsiah approaches every match with a winning mentality, pointing out that the coach instills in the players the principle of not losing when victory is not achievable, while continuing to deliver strong performances.

Ahmad Al-Kassar, the Al-Qadsiah goalkeeper, stated that his team was capable of sealing the match after missing chances in both halves to score a second goal.

Emphasizing the importance of continuing to compete strongly and striving for better results to please the fans, the team has increased their tally to four points after their previous victory over Al Wasl 2-1.
