Al-Hilal complete preparations for Al-Sadd as Al-Yami participates in part of training

Al-Hilal have completed their preparations for the match against Al-Sadd, having held their final training session this morning, Monday, before traveling to Doha in readiness for the anticipated match tomorrow, Tuesday, in the second round of the AFC Champions League Elite 2026-2027.

Simone Inzaghi, the Italian manager of Al-Hilal, focused during the final training session on executing the technical and tactical aspects he intends to rely on against Al-Sadd, while the club's official account shared clips from the training on the 'X' platform.

Hamad Al-Yami is in the spotlight as Al-Hilal announced his participation in the first part of group training, ahead of completing his rehabilitation program, marking a new step towards his return to the pitch after a long absence due to injury.

Hamad Al-Yami underwent surgery on his knee patellar tendon in Finland last March, performed by doctor Lassi Leimpaeinen, before starting his rehabilitation journey, amid hopes from the coaching staff to have him back to strengthen the team's options during the upcoming busy period of matches.

Al-Hilal visit Al-Sadd at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha, aiming to continue their perfect start after beginning their AFC Champions League Elite campaign with a victory over Al-Gharafa. They have their sights set on reclaiming the title that has eluded them since 2021, following their early exits in the last two editions despite topping the league phase in the West.
