Szoboszlai injury hits Liverpool ahead of Manchester City clash

Liverpool have suffered a blow ahead of their match against Manchester City, with Dominik Szoboszlai set to miss the game due to a hamstring injury, as part of three changes the team is making to its lineup for the upcoming clash.

Dominik Szoboszlai arrived separately from the rest of the Liverpool players, raising doubts about his readiness to participate, before his absence from the lineup was confirmed.

Hungarian midfielder joins Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo, who are also missing the match, while Víctor Muñoz, Ryan Gravenberch, and Lewis Koumas enter the lineup, giving young player Koumas a chance to participate.

On the other hand, Manchester City made one change in the full-back position, with Nico O'Reilly replacing Gvardiol.

The match between Liverpool and Manchester City will take place at Anfield, as part of the sixth round of the Premier League, at 6:30 PM local time in Egypt.
