Spanish manager Luis Enrique has defended his policy on squad management and player rotation following his team's 3-1 victory over Le Havre in Ligue 1.

Luis Enrique praised the opponent's performance, stating that Loman had a good match and showed courage. He said: "The first thing I want to point out is that Loman played very well and with great courage. I must congratulate his coach. The match was difficult, but we did everything necessary to achieve victory."

In response to a question about the impact of substitutes and his management of the squad amid a congested fixture schedule, the Spanish coach stated that the result of the match would not have changed even if he had started with different names, explaining: "I am sure we would have faced the same situation if we had reversed it and started with the exceptional quartet of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Vitinha, Fabián Ruiz, and Zaire Emery."

Paris Saint-Germain's coach said: "This is football, and such matches are not easy. It is important for us to continue winning, as these are three important points," highlighting the significance of securing victories and maintaining positive results in Ligue 1.
