Mbeumo: We feel disappointed, and this is what we have to do
Bryan Mbeumo, Manchester United's forward, admitted that his team did not start the match against Tottenham as required, stating that the performance improved during the second half, but the final result left a feeling of disappointment among the players.
Bryan Mbeumo, speaking to Sky Sports after the 1-1 draw, said: "We took some time to get into the game, but we played well in the second half. We weren't ourselves in the first half, and we had to change that."
He added: "We tried to press them and reach their goal, but we know that Tottenham have good players who can pose a threat."
He emphasized: "We feel some disappointment, and we need to work on correcting things."
He concluded: "We must continue to progress and move forward, as we have many matches ahead of us."
