Reda Slim nears departure from Al Ahly FC in winter transfer window

Media personality Amir Hicham revealed that Moroccan winger Reda Slim is now outside the technical considerations of Al Ahly FC, amid strong indications that he may leave the team during the upcoming winter transfer window, despite his contract with the club still being valid and not officially terminated yet.

Speaking on his show Modern Sports, which is broadcast on Modern MTI channel, he said: "Reda Slim has been registered in the squad after Youssef Belammari, the left-back, was injured, and so far the player has not requested to terminate the contract, but he is closer to leaving in January."

He added: "The departure of Reda Slim, whether by sale, loan, or contract termination, will become clear by the time the winter transfer window arrives."

Al Ahly FC are preparing for an important match against Zamalek SC next Sunday in the sixth round of the Egyptian League, with the encounter taking place at the Cairo International Stadium.
