Como extends contract of Anastasios Douvikas

Como have approached the renewal of Greek forward Anastasios Douvikas's contract, which will keep him with the team until 2030, along with improved terms to his current deal.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the agreement between the club and the striker has been finalized, according to Marco Di Michele from the "Sky Sport" network, after both parties reached an agreement earlier regarding the contract extension.

The new contract for Dovkas, who is 27 years old, will extend until June 2030, instead of June 2029, the expiry date of his previous contract, with him receiving a salary increase.

The Greek forward scored three goals with Como at the start of the current season, continuing to affirm his importance in manager Cesc Fàbregas's lineup.
