Gouiri named Olympique Marseille's Player of the Month for September

Olympique Marseille has announced that Algerian striker Amine Gouiri has won the team's Player of the Month award for September 2026, following a fan vote.

Amine Gouiri has been awarded the title of 'Marseillais of the Month' (Marseillais of the Month) sponsored by Puma, in recognition of his outstanding performance last month despite the weak results achieved by the team.

The Algerian international player contributed with two goals and one assist during September matches, and was one of the standout positive elements in a team that did not achieve any victories during the month.

Amine Gouiri has scored four goals and provided one assist in five Ligue 1 matches this season, with two goals in August and two goals in September.
