Surprising condition from Carvajal complicates his move to Getafe

Negotiations for Dani Carvajal with Getafe are becoming more complicated, despite the former Real Madrid right-back's willingness to reduce his salary to join the club, due to a condition he wishes to include in his contract.

According to "Mundo Deportivo" citing "Radio Marca", Dani Carvajal wants to include a non-negotiable clause that allows him to leave Getafe during the upcoming winter transfer window if he receives an offer from another club that is suitable for him.

Under this condition, Carvajal could sign a contract with Getafe that lasts only three months, which is the remaining period until the winter transfer window opens, after which he would be free to leave the club if a suitable offer arrives.

Getafe's management does not seem to accept this condition, as "Radio Marca" reported that it has increased the distance between the two parties and complicated negotiations further.
