Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya returned to winning ways and achieved an important and deserved victory against Al-Mosul with a score of 3-0 in the match that took place today in the ninth round of the Iraqi Premier League, putting an end to their fluctuating results in the previous rounds.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya entered the first half with an attacking formation, seeking nothing less than three points, under the guidance of the new-old coach Mohammed Jawad, who recently returned to lead the Falcons. His influence was evident from the early minutes through high pressing and complete possession.

On the other hand, Al-Mosul relied on defensive compactness and a retreat into their own areas, depending on quick counterattacks to surprise Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya. However, their defense did not hold up long against the continuous blue attack.

In the 31st minute, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya finally took the lead through Tunisian striker Haythem Jouini, giving the Falcons the advantage and breaking the resilience of the Mosul defense, igniting joy among the Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya fans present in the stands.

The second goal did not take long to arrive, as it came from player Mohammed Jawad in the 37th minute to double the score and confirm his team's absolute superiority.

The first half ends with a remarkable performance from Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya, leading 2-0, with complete control and possession throughout the half.

In the second half, the tempo dropped slightly as Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya attempted to maintain their lead and circulate the ball. The third goal came to definitively kill the match, scored by Haitham Al-Juwaini in the 54th minute, marking his personal brace in the game.

After the third goal, play was confined to the midfield, and Al-Mosul tried to get back into the game, reaching Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya's goal several times, but they failed to score due to the brilliance of the Falcons' defense and the goalkeeper.

With this important win, Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya has raised its tally to 11 points, jumping to 7th place in the Iraq Stars League table, returning to the race for the top positions.

While Al-Mosul's tally remains at 15 points, they have dropped to 15th place, continuing to spiral into negative results despite a good start to the season.
