Mohamed Azzi: Antar Yahia's call motivated me to work for the Algeria national team

Mohamed Azzi, a player for CSKA Moscow, has revealed his communication with Antar Yahia, the sporting director of the Algerian national team, before the start of last September's training camp, noting that their conversation provided him with additional motivation to work and develop.

Mohamed Azzi said: "Antar Yahia contacted me before the September training camp and revealed to me the new technical staff project for the Algerian national team."

He added: "I told him that I am ready, and if I am not present in this training camp, I will do my utmost to be with the national team in the future."

A CSKA Moscow player expressed his happiness at the interest shown by the coaching staff of the Algeria national team, stating: "It is an honor for me that Antar Yahia contacted me, and this means they are following me, which motivated me to work and gave me more confidence."
