Italy secured a valuable 3-1 victory against Turkey on Monday evening at the Renato Dall'Ara Stadium in Bologna, in the fourth round of the UEFA Nations League. This win allows the Italian national team to continue their positive results and enhances their chances of qualifying for the next round.

Gianluca Scamacca opened the scoring for Italy in the 26th minute, following up on a ball inside the penalty area and striking it powerfully into the net of the Turkish national team. Turkey managed to come back into the match in the 61st minute through Aral Şimşir, but the equalizer did not last long, as Riccardo Calafiori restored Italy's lead in the 65th minute with a header, scoring his first goal in the Italian national team shirt.

In the closing minutes, Pio Esposito definitively settled the encounter by scoring Italy's third goal in the 87th minute, capitalizing on a follow-up inside the penalty area, as the young striker continued his impressive form with the national team after his goal in the previous match against Turkey.

Italy's national team has increased their tally to 7 points in second place in Group A, having achieved two victories and one draw against one defeat, also benefiting from Belgium's loss to France by a score of 4-1.

France leads the group with 10 points, while Belgium is third with 6 points, and Turkey sits at the bottom with no points.

With this victory, the Italian national team, led by Roberto Mancini, continues their strong campaign in the group, having started the tournament with a loss to Belgium, before bouncing back with a 4-1 win over Turkey, then drawing with France 1-1, and today they repeat their dominance over Turkey with a three-goal haul to one.
