Graham Arnold's agent has resolved the speculation surrounding his client's future with Iraq after reports emerged about his potential dismissal and replacement by Egyptian coach Moamen Soliman.

Talk of Arnold's departure has intensified following the elimination from the Gulf Cup 27 in the group stage, with some voices calling for a change in the coaching staff ahead of the AFC Asian Cup 2027. The name Moamen Soliman has been leaked as the top candidate to succeed him.

Sources close to Australian coach confirmed that his agent has not received any official or unofficial contact from the Iraqi Football Association regarding the termination of the contract. He also completely denied any knowledge of negotiations with Moamen Soliman or any other coach.

Arnold's agent responded to all the news with just three words: "No.. no.. no", clearly indicating that the rumors about the coach's departure from Iraq are untrue.

This denial comes at a time when all indications within the Iraqi Football Association point to renewing confidence in the Australian, especially after the positive meeting he held with Younis Mahmoud in Baghdad, where Arnold confirmed that he emerged with numerous gains from the Gulf Cup 27 and discovered 4 to 5 new talents that will serve the national team in the future.

Arnold remains contracted with Iraq until the FIFA World Cup 2030 after successfully leading the Lions of Mesopotamia to the FIFA World Cup 2026 after a 40-year absence.
