Inter are turning their attention to young Italian goalkeeper Lorenzo Palmisani, the Frosinone shot-stopper, as one of the standout discoveries of the start of the season in Italy, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

According to the report, Inter's interest is still in its early stages, but the club has already begun to monitor the goalkeeper born in 2004, who has strongly attracted attention with his impressive performances at Frosinone, which has also made him a target for Juventus.

Inter see Palmisani as fitting their policy of signing young Italian talents; he is 22 years old and has good experience despite his young age, having received call-ups to Italy's youth national teams.

There is a possibility of signing him and then loaning him to Frosinone for an additional season, or keeping him for a period to develop behind goalkeeper Josep Martínez before competing for a starting position.

Frosinone have recently moved to secure the future of their goalkeeper by extending his contract until 2031, in a move aimed at rewarding him for his performances and protecting the player's market value, especially with Inter and Juventus entering the competition.
