Mosimane visits Al Ahly FC ahead of South Africa and Egypt clash
Pitso Mosimane, the former coach of Al Ahly FC and current manager of South Africa, visited the Red Castle ahead of his national team's friendly match against Egypt.
Tarek Qandil and Sayed Abdel Hafiz, members of Al Ahly FC's board, made sure to welcome Pitso Mosimane as they greeted the South African coach during his tour of the club.
The South African coach visited Mokhtar El-Tetsh Stadium, reminiscing about his time in charge of the first team before leaving the club after the visit.
The presence at Al-Jazira's headquarters and the Tesh Stadium brought back many memories for the coach with the team's players, administrative staff, and fans. At the end of this visit, Tarek Qandil and Sayed Abdel Hafiz were keen to present the club's shield and an Al Ahly FC jersey to Mosimane and his companions.
The South Africa national team coach presented the national team jersey to Qandeel and Abdel Hafiz. This gesture reflected the ongoing good relationship and strong ties between the South African coach and the club and its officials.
