Morocco moves to replace friendly against Ghana with match against Mali or Cape Verde

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation has entered negotiations with its counterparts in Mali and Cape Verde to secure a new friendly match for the Moroccan national team after the cancellation of the fixture against Ghana on October 4 in Tangier.

The federation aims to make the most of the current international break by scheduling an additional match for the 'Atlas Lions' after the friendly against Ghana was cancelled due to developments related to the Ghanaian national team.

Negotiations continue with the Mali and Cape Verde federations regarding the date and location of the match, with the matter expected to be finalized officially in the coming hours.

These moves come as part of the Moroccan national team's coaching staff, led by Mohamed Wahbi, aims to preserve the friendly match program during the international break and benefit from it by testing several players while continuing to enhance the cohesion within the group.
