Tuchel: Victory over Czech Republic was deserved, and Arnold delivered a professional performance

Thomas Tuchel, the head coach of England, spoke about his team's victory over the Czech Republic, confirming that the performance improved in the second half. He also praised the pass provided by Alexander Arnold, which contributed to the scoring of the first goal.

Tuchel said: "We played very professionally, and in the second half, we raised our level, maintained our sharpness, and the performance was very professional, while the effort remained present; it was a deserved victory."

He added: "It's strange to receive an early red card; it's not the best for the team or the fans. It was a difficult situation, but we kept working and achieved the win, and that's the most important thing."

He continued: "After the red card, we became the clear favorites to win. Keeping a clean sheet is always important, as it gives everyone a good feeling. There are always things to improve, but overall we put in a solid performance and deserved the win."

Regarding the pass from Arnold that led to the first goal, he said: "There aren't many players capable of executing it, it took a lot from him, a good pass and a good goal."

Tuchel spoke about Arnold and Lewis Hall, saying: "Both were good, the position in the second half suited Arnold more than in the first half, and Lewis put in an excellent performance on the other side, well done everyone."

He confirmed: "The credit goes to all the players because they deserved the win, and now it is important that we relax and enjoy the evening, do a good recovery process, and then prepare for the match against Croatia."

Regarding the national team's preparations for the match against Croatia, Tuchel explained: "I can't tell you, we have three days, which is a big difference compared to two matches in a shorter period. We decided not to return to England, to stay an extra night in Prague, get a good rest, and then travel to Croatia for two training sessions there."
