South Sudan coach: We are ready to face Egypt and have learned from our mistakes against Malawi

Christian Nsengi, the head coach of South Sudan, spoke about the upcoming match against Egypt scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, in the Africa Cup of Nations Qualification.

South Sudan will face Egypt tomorrow, Tuesday, at Juba Stadium in the second round of Africa Cup of Nations Qualification 2027.

South Sudan's coach said during the press conference for the match: "The team is fully prepared for the crucial match tomorrow against Egypt."

He added: "We learned a lot from the loss against Malawi and we dealt with the individual mistakes in that match, and we are ready to correct them tomorrow."

Peter Maker, the team captain, said: "The first half against Malawi was slow, but I was proud of the strong comeback in the second half. If we can get the same momentum from the start, we can achieve a great result."
