Portugal led by Jesus ends Norway's historic home unbeaten run

Portugal, led by coach Jorge Jesus, ended Norway's long unbeaten home run with a thrilling 2-1 victory in the UEFA Nations League.

Norway had gone 15 consecutive home matches without defeat since their loss to Spain by a goal to nil in October 2023, before suffering defeat against Portugal in Oslo.

João Félix put Portugal ahead in the 17th minute, but Erling Haaland equalised for Norway at the start of the second half. However, Gonçalo Ramos restored the visitors' lead just three minutes later, capitalising on a glaring error from Norway's goalkeeper Ørjan Nyland.

With this victory, Portugal continued their perfect start in the UEFA Nations League under Jorge Jesus, while Norway's historic home unbeaten streak was halted at 15 matches.
