Portugal secure thrilling win over Norway in UEFA Nations League

Portugal secured a thrilling victory against Norway with a score of two goals to one in the second round of the UEFA Nations League, in a match held at the Ullevaal Stadium.

João Félix opened the scoring for Portugal in the 17th minute, unleashing a low shot from the edge of the penalty area that Norway's goalkeeper failed to stop, following a pass from Pedro Neto.

Norway succeeded in equalizing at the start of the second half, specifically in the 51st minute, through Erling Haaland. The goal came after a free kick taken by Martin Ødegaard, which was saved by the goalkeeper, before Berg followed up the ball with his head, allowing it to reach Haaland, who converted it into the net.

The deadlock did not last long, as Gonçalo Ramos succeeded in putting Portugal back in front in the 54th minute, capitalizing on a fatal error from the Norway goalkeeper before skillfully lifting the ball over him into the net.

Ramos found the net again after a mistake from the Norway goalkeeper, but the goal was disallowed for offside following a VAR intervention.

Portugal has increased its tally to 6 points at the top of Group D, while Norway's points remain at 3 in third place, level with Denmark in second, and Wales is in fourth place without any points.
