Netherlands secure valuable win over Serbia in UEFA Nations League

The Netherlands secured a valuable victory against Serbia with a score of 2-1 in the match held at the Raška Mitić Stadium, as part of the second round of the UEFA Nations League.

The Netherlands took the lead in the 30th minute through Mijs Meerdink, giving his team an advantage before the end of the first half. At the start of the second half, Serbia managed to equalize with Luka Jović scoring in the 47th minute, bringing the match back to square one.

The Netherlands national team regained the lead in the 69th minute, as Mijs Meerdink scored his second goal of the match, capitalizing on a pass from his teammate Teun, to give the Oranje the winning goal.

With this victory, the Netherlands raised their tally to 4 points to top their group, while Serbia remains without any points in fourth and last place.
