Banjloun reveals the secret of Wydad Témara's victory over Wydad

Abdel Salam Benjelloun, coach of Wydad Témara, confirmed that his team approached the match against Wydad Casablanca with great focus, after the coaching staff conducted a thorough analysis of the capabilities of the red team and their playing style before the match.

Benjelloun explained during the press conference that followed the match that his team was aware of the magnitude of the task ahead against one of the top clubs in the league, stressing that respect for Wydad was strongly present in the preparations of Wydad Temara.

Wydad Temara's coach stated that his team "respected Wydad Athletic Club, and we gave them great importance," pointing out that the connection between the two clubs by name represents a special aspect for his team, especially since several of its members were fans of Wydad, which he considered an honor for the club.

Banjloun added that the coaching staff worked on studying Wydad well, but he revealed his concern about the start of the match due to his players not being accustomed to the atmosphere of the professional league, before their previous participation in the Mohammed Timoumi Cup helped them adapt to the competitive environment.

Wydad Témara succeeded in translating their preparations into a historic result, having beaten Wydad Casablanca three goals to one in their first appearance in the professional league, earning three valuable points that give them a strong boost at the start of their campaign.
