Anguissa demands €6 million to renew contract with SSC Napoli

Negotiations between SSC Napoli and midfielder André Frank Anguissa regarding a contract renewal have stalled due to a clear financial gap between the player's demands and what the club is willing to offer, according to Italian newspaper Tuttosport.

Frank Anguissa's contract with SSC Napoli runs until June 2027, and he currently earns around €3.6 million net annually, while his camp is demanding a salary increase to nearly €6 million per year in order to agree to an extension.

Initial talks between SSC Napoli and the player's representatives have yet to yield an agreement, leaving the future of midfielder Frank Anguissa in discussion, particularly with the ongoing gap between the two sides regarding the financial compensation.

Amid stalled negotiations, Inter, Milan, and Juventus are closely monitoring Anguissa's situation, in anticipation of a potential development in the coming period.

Napoli's sporting director Giovanni Manà has left the door open for all possibilities, confirming that the club will continue to work towards reaching an agreement. However, he also indicated the possibility of a separation if a suitable formula cannot be found for both parties.
