Van Bommel: Managing AC Milan one day would be great

Dutch coach Mark van Bommel, the head of the Belgian national team, has discussed the possibility of taking over at AC Milan in the future, affirming that leading the Italian side would be a wonderful experience for him. However, he emphasized that discussing his coaching future at this time is not appropriate.

Van Bommel said: "Coaching AC Milan one day would be fantastic, but now is not the right time to talk about the future."

Mark van Bommel has a special relationship with AC Milan, having worn the team's shirt between 2011 and 2012, and won the Serie A title with them, before embarking on a coaching career with several clubs and national teams.

The Dutch coach's statements come at a time when discussions about the future of coaching staff in Italian football are still present, but van Bommel preferred not to speculate on his next move, contenting himself with affirming his appreciation for AC Milan and the possibility of working with them in the future.
