Egypt national team heads to South Sudan tomorrow

The Egyptian national football team will depart Cairo tomorrow afternoon heading to Juba, preparing to face South Sudan on Tuesday, September 29, as part of the second round of the qualifiers for the Africa Cup of Nations 2027.

The Pharaohs are set to face South Sudan at 4 PM Cairo and Mecca time at Juba Stadium, four days after their match against Angola in the opening of the qualifiers.

Egypt's national team drew 0-0 with Angola in the match that took place on Friday night at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the first round of the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, with each team earning a point at the start of their qualifying campaign.

Egypt's national team faces South Sudan in search of victory and three points ahead of continuing their qualifying campaign.
