Iraq's expected lineup against Kuwait in Gulf Cup 27

Iraq's national team is preparing for the second round of the Gulf Cup 'Gulf 27' currently taking place in Saudi Arabia, where they will face Kuwait.

The match will kick off tomorrow evening, Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Prince Abdullah Al Faisal Stadium in Jeddah.

The match will be officiated by Moroccan referee Jalal Jaid.

Iraq's national team is striving for victory, as there is no alternative, especially since the Lions of Mesopotamia drew 1-1 against the Omani Reds in the first round. Therefore, a win is essential.
