Zidane turns France national team upside down with strict changes since taking charge

Zinedine Zidane has begun a new era with the France national team, implementing significant changes to the working methods within the "Les Bleus" camp, in a move that clearly breaks from the style that was followed during Didier Deschamps' tenure.

According to French newspaper "L'Équipe", Zinedine Zidane has decided to reshape many details within the national team, starting from the work schedule and training times, through warm-up routines and exercises, all the way to the complete structure of training sessions.

The changes made by the French coach did not stop on the pitch, as Zidane wants the national team to work in a more closed atmosphere, with a reduction in the content filmed from inside the camp. Consequently, the videos that were previously published on social media under the title "From the Inside" have been halted.

The French national team, under Zinedine Zidane's leadership, is focusing heavily on technical aspects in training, where sessions are not limited to traditional exercises. Even shooting drills now rely on collective movements and technical touches that precede the act of shooting.

As part of the reorganization of life within the camp, Zinedine Zidane has also made a decision regarding players' appearances, prohibiting them from getting their hair cut inside the national team camp or bringing in hairdressers to the accommodation, marking a change from the previous system.

With these measures, it seems that Zidane is seeking to impose a new philosophy within the France national team, based on more privacy and discipline, with a greater focus on technical details on the pitch, at the beginning of a new phase following Deschamps' departure.
