Gulf Cup 27: Green Falcons seek qualification ticket against Oman

Saudi Arabia leads the standings with three points after beating Kuwait 1-0, while Oman and Iraq each have one point following their 1-1 draw in the opening round.

Saudi Arabia holds a historical advantage over Oman, having faced each other 26 times in various competitions, with the Green achieving 18 victories, 4 draws, and 4 defeats.

Saudi Arabia scored 47 goals during previous encounters, while they conceded 17 times. The Green Falcons hope to capitalize on opportunities better to secure victory and qualification before their final match against Iraq.

Giorgos Donis is expected to make changes to the lineup as Nawaf Al-Aqidi is sidelined due to injury, while Oman enters the match searching for their first win after drawing with Iraq.
