Juventus inquire about Dortmund talent before signing Echeto

Juventus have shown interest in signing Samuele Inácio, a talent from Borussia Dortmund, during the last summer transfer window, after inquiring about the possibility of bringing him in, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.

Romano stated that Juventus requested information about Samuele Inácio to assess the chances of signing him, but the player was not available for sale, prompting the Italian club to sign Echeto instead.

Inácio may consider a return to Italy in the future, noting that two teams from Serie A tried to sign him during last summer.

The player has received his second call-up to the Italy national team for the upcoming matches in the UEFA Nations League, after making his first appearance during a friendly against Luxembourg in June.

Several sources have indicated that Juventus are looking to build a strong group of Italian players for the future.
