Bellingham and Güler in focus as Real Madrid moves to secure its stars

Real Madrid are working on renewing the contracts of several key players in the team, after the club renewed Vinicius Junior's contract until 2032 with an improved salary last summer, according to "Mundo Deportivo".

Jude Bellingham is among the players Real Madrid want to renew contracts for, despite his current deal running until 2029. The club plans to offer a significant salary increase to place him on the same level as Vinicius Junior and Kylian Mbappé among the highest earners in the team. The English player is not considering leaving Real Madrid, which makes the renewal process straightforward.

Real Madrid are looking to extend Arda Güler's contract, which also expires in 2029, in recognition of his development and the increasing role he has been playing with the team, along with a salary increase commensurate with his importance.

Regarding players over 30, Real Madrid continues its policy of renewal year after year, which applies to Thibaut Courtois and Antonio Rüdiger, whose contracts expire in 2027.

Real Madrid have already contacted Courtois to extend his contract for an additional year before the end of the season, while Rudiger's future will be decided through a mutual decision between the club and the player at the end of the season, as both parties currently wish to continue the relationship.
