Portuguese João Pinheiro to referee Saudi Arabia vs Kuwait match

Portuguese international referee João Pinheiro has been appointed to officiate the match between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait in the opening of the Arabian Gulf Cup 'Gulf 27', scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, in Jeddah.

Benehiro will be assisted by his compatriots Pedro Ribeiro and Luciano Maia in officiating the match, as part of a Portuguese refereeing team responsible for the opening game of the Gulf tournament.

The anticipated match between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait will take place at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the group stage of the Gulf Cup 27.

The match kicks off at 9 PM Saudi Arabia time, with fans eagerly anticipating the start of the tournament hosted by Saudi Arabia.

The match will be broadcast on the Al Kass network, with commentator Khalid Al Hadi, alongside Sharjah FC Sports Channel where Moisés will commentate.
