Zidane leads first training session with France ahead of UEFA Nations League

Zinedine Zidane, the new head coach of France, led his first training session with the "Les Bleus" today at Clairefontaine, in preparation for the team's first four matches in the UEFA Nations League.

The first training session saw the participation of 12 players in ball drills, including Jan Botez, Guillaume Rest, Andy Diouf, Eduardo Camavinga, Michael Olise, Jules Koundé, Maxence Lacroix, Manu Koné, Magnus Akliouche, Dayot Upamecano, Stan Lépine, and Lucas Da Cunha.

Meanwhile, 11 other players underwent medical treatment or opted to train inside the gym as part of their physical and medical program at the start of the national team's gathering.

France begin their UEFA Nations League campaign against Türkiye on Friday, September 25, before facing Italy in the third round on Friday, October 2. This will be Zinedine Zidane's first test at the helm of the French national team.
