Baichao and Harit undergo medical tests after injuries against Paris

Olympique Marseille players Igor Paixão and Amine Harit will undergo additional medical tests this week following injuries sustained during the match against Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday, in the 5th round of Ligue 1.

Baishaou left the pitch in the 30th minute due to an injury sustained from an aerial challenge, with initial reports indicating he suffered a heavy blow to the area around the fibula, alongside experiencing muscular pain. He is set to undergo further tests on Tuesday to determine the severity of the injury and the length of his absence.

As for Harith, he left the match in the 63rd minute, after initially appearing to suffer from muscle cramps, but tests will determine the nature of the problem more accurately, with him undergoing an MRI in the coming days.

Marseille are awaiting the results of tests to determine the duration of player absences, especially after the team lost to Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 at the Stade Vélodrome.
