Kolo Muani undergoes surgery after finger fracture

Randall Kolo Muani, the Juventus forward, has suffered a new injury after breaking a finger during the match against Atalanta on Sunday in Serie A.

Kolo Muani, who started the match and contributed to Juventus' 2-0 win, underwent surgery today, Monday, and will use the international break to recover and return to training.

According to "RMC Sport", the injury is not expected to affect the French forward's participation in Juventus' next match against Cagliari, scheduled for October 11, unless any complications arise during the recovery period.

Kolo Muani has participated in 6 matches with Juventus since the start of the season, during which he scored one goal and provided two assists. He opened his scoring account this season against NEC Nijmegen in the Europa League, during the 5-0 victory.

Kolo Muani becomes the fifth player at Juventus to undergo surgery this season, following Keanan Yildiz, Khephren Thuram, Manuel Locatelli, and Polish goalkeeper Kamil Grabara, who suffered a tear of the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee, ending his season early.
