England have suffered another blow ahead of the international break, with Cole Palmer confirmed to miss the camp due to a muscle injury, according to journalist Matt Law from The Telegraph.

Cole Palmer has returned to the England squad announced by coach Thomas Tuchel in preparation for the UEFA Nations League matches, after missing the last FIFA World Cup, before suffering this injury that will prevent him from participating with the "Three Lions".

The injury comes after Palmer has been a regular starter for Chelsea since the beginning of the season, having played all of the team's matches in the league, and completed the recent match against Brentford for 90 minutes, before it was decided that he would not join the national team during the current break.

The duration of Cole Palmer's absence has not yet been announced as England prepare for their upcoming matches in the UEFA Nations League, including a clash against Spain at Wembley on September 26.
