Ramadan Sobhi's appeal against 4-year ban rejected

The Swiss Federal Court has rejected Ramadan Sobhi's appeal against a 4-year ban for doping violations, meaning he must refrain from any football-related activities until 2029.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport has issued a ruling suspending Ramadan Sobhi for four years in November 2025 due to his involvement in doping manipulation.

Ramadan Sobhi has appealed the sports court's decision made in June to reduce his ban.

Hani Zahran, Ramadan Sobhi's lawyer, clarified that the Swiss Federal Court does not consider the matter, as it only examines the validity of the procedures and the rights of the parties in litigation.
