Amouta requests preparation of 3 friendly matches during international break

Amir Hossam has revealed that Moroccan coach Al-Hussein Amouta, the manager of Al Ahly FC, will return to Cairo on Sunday after taking a few days off during the international break.

Amir Hisham stated during his program "Modern Sports" on Modern MTI channel that Amouta asked Al Ahly FC's administrative staff to arrange three friendly matches during the international break.

He added: "Amouta is looking to prepare the players to reach a high level both technically and physically, and the coach has given the opportunity to 24 players in the last five matches in the Egyptian League."

Al Ahly FC are currently in third place in the Egyptian League with 13 points, having won 4 matches and drawn 1.
