The announcement by Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya to dismiss their Tunisian coach Fathi Jebali was not surprising to observers, as the results indicated an imminent end. However, the behind-the-scenes failure reveals that the crisis was deeper than just on-field results; it was a struggle that began early between the coach and the management over the issue of foreign players.

Fathi Al-Jabal has complained about the poor performance of some professionals after the first rounds and has clearly informed the management that he cannot compete with these names. He has been urging the management to terminate their contracts and sign new professionals capable of making a difference for the league champions.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya's coach has compiled a blacklist of players who have not convinced him technically and physically, and he believes that their continued presence will harm the team more than it will benefit them. He has requested swift action in the transfer market to correct the course before it is too late.

The biggest problem is that the management has failed to cancel the contracts of the players that Fathi Jebali requested to terminate, namely defender Achref Boudrama and midfielder Okoroma.

The players rejected the idea of a mutual termination and demanded full payment of their dues if the contract is terminated, which is a large amount that Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya's management could not provide at this time due to the team's other financial commitments and some financial problems the club is facing. This has led the management to ask the Tunisian coach to continue and deal with the reality.

This refusal has created a significant gap between the coach and the management, as Al-Jibāl felt he did not have the tools he needed, and the management felt that the coach was not trying to find solutions.

Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya have struggled under the management of Al-Jabail, failing to achieve positive results despite having good local players. He has not succeeded in establishing a consistent lineup or a clear strategy, with the playing style changing from match to match, which has led to a loss of confidence and cohesion among the players.

The team that was terrifying offensively last season with Achref Boudrama has become unable to score, winning only one match out of seven in the league, drawing four and losing twice, in addition to the Asian defeat against Neftchi Fergana.

The team has suffered from several problems that led to the inability to continue with Fathi Al-Jabal, the most notable of which are a lack of tactical discipline, numerous injuries, a decline in the performance of some influential local players, and the loss of the fighting spirit in the dressing room that once distinguished them.

All these reasons have come together to make the decision to sack the coach the only solution to save the season, especially since the fans of Al-Quwa Al-Jawiya can no longer bear to see their league champion team decline in such a frightening manner at the start of the season.
