Algeria announces "Les Verts" squad for Zambia and Burundi matches and friendly against Niger

Algeria's national team coach, Ibrahim Hamdani, has announced the squad for the upcoming training camp ahead of the matches against Zambia and Burundi in the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Greens face Zambia on September 25 in Tizi Ouzou, before traveling to Bujumbura to meet Burundi on September 29, as part of the first and second rounds of the qualifiers.

This is the first squad list for Hamdani since taking charge of the Algerian national team, succeeding Vladimir Petkovic. The lineup includes the following names:

Goalkeepers: Melvin Masteril, Abdelatif Ramadan, and Kylian Belaïzouk. Defence: Achraf Abada, Ryan Aït Nouri, Zinedine Belaïd, Ramy Ben Sabaini, Samir Cherki, Juan Hjam, Sohaib Nayer, Saadi Radouani, and Ahmed Toub. Midfield: Himad Abdelli, Adel Aouchiche, Nabil Bentaleb, Faris Chaïbi, Ibrahim Maza, and Adam Zergane. Attack: Mohamed Amine Amoura, Mounsef Beqar, Bachir Beloumi, Adel Boulebina, Amine Chiah, Amine Gouiri, Anis Haj Moussa, and Ilan Kabal.
