Morocco calls up Yassir Zabiri and Younes Ebnoutalib

Morocco are set to call up striker Yassir Zabiri, player of Racing Santander, to their upcoming squad after he has shone brightly at the start of the current season.

According to 'Foot Mercato', Zabiri will be included in the squad announced by Mohamed Wahbi, having scored 5 goals in 5 matches in La Liga, thus earning his first call-up to the Morocco national team.

Mohamed Wahbi is set to call up Younes Ebnoutalib, the 23-year-old forward from Eintracht Frankfurt, to the 'Atlas Lions' squad.

Younes Ebnoutalib has made a strong start to the season, scoring three goals in three matches in the Bundesliga. However, his potential call-up from Morocco comes amid speculation about his name also being included in the German national team list led by Jürgen Klopp, putting the player in front of an important decision regarding which national team he will represent in the future.

The Morocco national team squad will be officially announced on Thursday at 12 PM.
