Agent: Guardiola will not coach any club or national team this season

Pep Guardiola's agent stated in a comment reported by Spanish media: "Pep will not manage any club or national team this season," confirming that the Spanish coach has decided to step away from the sidelines after his long adventure with Manchester City, which lasted for ten years.

Pep Guardiola has previously spoken about his need for a break, explaining that he wants to explore other aspects of his life away from football.

He said: "I might return to coaching, but right now I need to take a break," referring to his desire to spend more time with his family and enjoy things he wasn't able to do during his coaching career.

Pep Guardiola will miss coaching for the entire current season, with his future remaining open after the break. He is waiting for the moment he feels a genuine desire to return to the world of coaching again.
