Brazilian Rodrygo, a player for Real Madrid, continues to work on regaining his physical fitness after the serious injury he sustained on March 2 against Getafe, amid positive signs regarding his progress during the current period.

The Brazilian star has managed to overcome the toughest phase, especially on a psychological level, and has shown great ability to regain his morale. This is in stark contrast to the crisis he went through two years ago, which was much more difficult for him and took a long time to recover from.

Rodrygo is experiencing a completely different phase as he wakes up every morning with great enthusiasm. He continues his gradual training in the city of Real Madrid, with a noticeable improvement in his physical feeling and a continuous reduction in pain associated with his injury.

His family played an important role in supporting him during this period, alongside his personal fitness coach Marcel Duarte, as well as Davide Viola, one of the physiotherapists on the medical staff of Real Madrid, where the recovery program is following a precise plan and leaves nothing to chance.

A significant part of Rodrigo's recovery process relies on what is known as "body recomposition", a technique aimed at reducing the player's body fat percentage while clearly increasing his muscle mass, without adding weight.

Rodrygo has spent the past few months working in gyms, both at home and in the city of Real Madrid, to develop his physique, and the results are starting to show clearly.

The player now possesses a stronger physique and greater muscle mass, which should help him return stronger and prepare better for one-on-one encounters against defenders.

At the same time, Rodrygo has maintained his weight almost thanks to a notable decrease in body fat percentage, becoming stronger, more agile, and more active and lively, according to the indicators he has shown during the rehabilitation period.

It seems that the player's mental state has also improved significantly, as Rodrygo feels he is in a better position than ever and has a strong desire to return, take on new challenges, and achieve more of his dreams with Real Madrid.

According to reports, the current recommendation is to wait for Rodrygo until January, after the Christmas break, in order to gradually start integrating him into the team's dynamics and participating in collective training.

Rodrigo's participation in the Supercopa de España stands out as one of his potential goals, with the tournament taking place in Istanbul during the first week of February. By that time, the player may be able to participate almost fully. However, Rodrigo has a different personal ambition, as he dreams of getting some minutes during the Copa del Rey match scheduled for December 16.
