Carnivali on Spalletti: Exceptional coach and changing managers is not my nature

Giovani Carnevali, the CEO and general manager of Juventus, has confirmed the club's commitment to manager Luciano Spalletti, despite the loss to US Sassuolo by a score of 3-2. He emphasized that the club is not considering changing the coach at this time.

Carnivali said: "Spalletti is an exceptional coach and one of the best managers of all time. I am not inclined to change coaches frequently; rather, we need to plan and build, which requires giving time and having patience, while understanding that we will have to endure some tough periods."

The official who worked for 13 years at US Sassuolo before moving to Juventus added that football goes through different phases, explaining: "There are periods when we are at the top, and others when we face difficulties, but we must get through them. We have formed a very good working group with Spalletti, and we are lucky to have a coach like him."

Carnevali has concluded his message by affirming that Juventus' goal has not changed despite the difficult start, stating: "Our goal is to win, and talk doesn't mean much. We need to work and think about the future instead of focusing on what happened today or what happened in the past."
