Bezerra apologises to Zamalek SC fans in official statement
Juan Bezerra, a player for Zamalek SC, has shown flexibility regarding any disciplinary actions that may be taken against him by the management after he officially apologized to the officials and the fans for his recent behavior, while at the same time insisting on his decision to leave the team during the current transfer window.
Juan Bezerra stated in an official statement directed to Zamalek SC and its fans: "I had a wonderful season with Zamalek SC, and I was one of those who contributed to winning the league title."
He added: "From Cairo, I would like to apologize to Zamalek SC and its management, to my fellow players, one by one, to the entire coaching staff, and to the fans of Zamalek SC, and I hope this apology is accepted."
He added: "I am fully prepared to accept any penalties the club may impose on me."
Juan Bezerra has highlighted the significant role of Zamalek SC fans in his performance last season, stating: "At this important moment in my life, I cannot ignore the love of Zamalek SC fans for me and their chanting of my name in the stands, and this helped me to give my best during last season, with the assistance of my teammates."
The player confirmed that his relationship with all team members is good, and he appreciated Zamalek SC's management for their commitment to keeping him. He pointed out that the decision to leave came due to an opportunity he described as a big dream for him and his family.
He said: "I confirm that my relationship with everyone in the team is good, and I appreciate the club and its management for their desire to keep me at Zamalek SC and their efforts to retain me with the team."
He continued: "But I chose to leave because I see that I have a great opportunity ahead of me that may not come again, and it is a big dream for me and my family, which is why I insisted on my desire to move at this stage of my career."
Juan Bezerra emphasized that he gave everything he had while wearing the Zamalek SC shirt last season, stating: "I held on to my desire to move at this stage of my career, after giving everything I had to Zamalek SC throughout last season, which the club's fans witnessed, with all due respect to the club and its supporters."
He continued: "Today, as a member of Zamalek SC and with great appreciation for everyone at this club, I hope to fulfill my desire and be chosen to move to a new club, in accordance with the conditions set by the club, and this does not mean forgetting the role of the fans with me at all."
The player expressed his hope of maintaining his good relationship with Zamalek SC and its fans, confirming that he found nothing but respect and appreciation during his time at the club.
He said: "I hope to leave Zamalek SC with the hope that the good relationship with everyone at Zamalek SC continues, because I have only found appreciation, respect, and a high level of professionalism from them, which will make Zamalek SC and its fans a bright page in my football life."
Juan Bezerra concluded his statement by saying: "I apologize to everyone again, and I will always cherish Zamalek SC and its fans, who will always hold a special place in my heart."
