Ahmed Fatouh awaits return to his position at Zamalek SC

Media personality Dina Selim has revealed that Zamalek SC player Ahmed Fatouh is experiencing a state of dissatisfaction lately, due to the coaching staff relying on him in a midfield position instead of his original role as a left-back, which the player believes has negatively impacted his performance on the pitch.

Dina stated during her remarks on her show "Stadium Al-Mihrar" that Fatouh believes his primary position is the left flank, where he excels in delivering his best performances, especially given his ability to perform defensive and offensive roles in a balanced manner.

Ahmed Fatouh has expressed his conviction that his continued role in midfield has been a major reason for his recent dip in performance. The player's current ambition is to quickly return to the left-back position to regain his usual brilliance in the white shirt.

Zamalek are set to face Ghazl El Mahalla next Wednesday at Ghazl El Mahalla Stadium in the fifth round of the Egyptian League.
