Portuguese player Bernardo Silva discussed the big win that Real Madrid achieved against Rayo Vallecano with a score of "4-1", in the fifth round of La Liga, confirming that securing the three points was the most important goal.

Bernardo Silva stated in remarks via Real Madrid's "RMTV": "We are very happy because the three points are the most important. We are especially happy with what we showed in the first half. Now we have to prepare for the next match, which is very close."

Speaking about Real Madrid's attacking strength, he added: "There is no doubt about it, whether regarding the attacking power or this team's ability to score goals, especially at the Santiago Bernabéu and in front of our fans. We have managed to create many chances and generate a lot of danger."

The Portuguese player spoke about his adaptation to Real Madrid, saying: "It is a new experience, and I am still trying to get to know my teammates and the way of playing, and to understand the aspects I can improve to help the team and adapt more. I am very happy. Except for the Betis match, the team has been very good in all the matches."

Bernardo Silva has revealed the instructions he receives from José Mourinho when playing in a double midfield role, saying: "Basically, when we have the ball, I help a lot in the build-up from the back, and I provide the team with more fluidity to get the ball to the players in the best conditions, considering the abilities that Vinícius, Bellingham, Mbappé, and Diomande have in dribbling."

He concluded: "It is very important that the ball reaches them well. And without the ball, I help with pressing and in the defensive phase, and I try to present the best version of myself to help the team and continue working."
