Eiraola: We need to improve offensively, that's what we've been missing

Andoni Iraola, Liverpool's head coach, has confirmed that he is not satisfied with his team's draw against Fulham, pointing out that the Reds did not provide enough attacking quality to secure the match and achieve victory.

Iraola stated in remarks to the "Match of the Day" program via the BBC: "When you draw, especially at home, you cannot be happy. Today we lacked a bit of freshness and vitality, and we did not do enough offensively to make a difference."

He added: "We were good enough to keep a clean sheet. Our level was slightly better in the second half, but we started the match slowly in the first half, and we lacked energy, and that was not enough. We need to be better offensively."

The coach spoke about the pressure of matches, stating: "It has been less than three days, around 60 hours, since we played against Atlético in the Champions League, and many players had to adapt to the situation. Most of the changes were for physical reasons, as the players were tired, but this is the nature of the season; in less than three days, we will be here again to face Tottenham in the League Cup on Tuesday. We have to adapt and find ways that help us achieve victories."

Regarding Bradley Parkoula's condition, Iraola said: "Bradley is a player we are working on developing his physical condition through participation in matches, and the matches will give him the readiness we want. But it's not just about Bradley; we are generally lacking in vitality."

Liverpool's manager concluded his remarks by stating: "I only remember one clear chance for Fulham, and we managed to maintain our organization, but offensively we need to deliver a much better level."
